We offer a 4 bedroom farmhouse and a 4 bedroom guest house rental property situated on a private estate in an idyllic environment in the Serrania de Ronda. La Almuña has panoramic views to Gibraltar and Africa. Built beside an ancient trail once used by fish merchants and smugglers travelling from the coast, the farmhouse is only ten minutes away from the picturesque white villages of Jimena de la Frontera and Gaucin.
La Almuña is surrounded by luxuriant gardens which roll down to the fertile fields of the working farm. There are cobbled courtyards scented with jasmine, orange blossom and other flowers in season and plenty of dogs to greet you upon your arrival. From the swimming pool you can look down on horses grazing peacefully in the meadow below.
Sotogrande is nearby with its marina, deep sea fishing, polo fields and night life, as well as unparalleled golf courses. Tarifa is a short distance away with wind & kite surfing, (80 km to the coast); Morocco is a quick drive to the coast followed by a 30 minute ferry ride away; Marbella, Seville, and Ronda are also close La Almuña.
La Almuña is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday as well as an ideal location for running corporate courses and retreats for groups large and small away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Host your wedding, reception, anniversary, or hen and stag parties while taking in the picturesque landscapes. Enjoy your honeymoon in an idyllic rural setting with the calming sounds of birds chirping and the refreshing scents of wild herbs wafting through the property.
